A. When property owners’ partner with Johnson Passion Projects (JPP), we provide a renovate-to-sell service. Our company will fully fund the renovation process. We take charge of overseeing and managing the entire renovation project, then we engage a proven local real estate agent to sell your property.

Q. Can you explain how and when you get paid for this service?

A. After the property is sold, Johnson Passion Projects (JPP) ensures that all expenses, including renovation costs, servicing costs, legal costs, and marketing costs, are paid. Following the deduction of these expenses, the remaining profits are distributed between the PROPERTY OWNER and JPP.

Q. Who decides on the PROFIT distribution?

A. The distribution of profits is determined through mutual agreement between the Property Owner and Johnson Passion Projects (JPP) before contracts are drafted and solicitors are engaged.

Q. Can you HELP takeover loan payments?

A. Yes Johnson Passion Projects can take over all your payments on your property, including bank loan payments, council rates payments, water rates payments, and insurance. The funding that we provide is intended to help you move on from your property straightaway, which means that we can renovate it and present it for sale to ensure that you get the highest possible price.
